Sausage Squash Casserole
Sausage Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 4 c. sliced summer squash, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook sausage and garlic until brown.
Drain off fat.
Cook squash, covered, in small amount of water until tender.
Drain. Stir squash and next 6 ingredients into meat.
Fold in eggs.
Bake in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch pan at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
