Cook sausage until not pink.
Drain.
On floured surface roll dough to 15 x 8-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle cheese on dough, leaving 1-inch border. with spinach and sausage.
Bring long sides dough together.
Pinch to seal edges and ends. Place loaf greased baking sheet.
Combine egg white and water.
Sprinkle with caraway. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden.
Let stand 8 to 10 minutes.
