Sausage Spanish Rice
Sausage Spanish Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. chopped celery or peppers, 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained and 2 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a skillet, cook sausage, onion and celery or peppers over medium heat, until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.
Add tomatoes, water, rice and chili or salsa sauce.
Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove from the heat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
