Sausage Rice Casserole
Sausage Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw rice, 1/4 c. cooking oil, 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. green onions, chopped and 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring 1 3/4 cups of water to rolling boil.
Add salt.
Stir in dry rice; cover and cook.
Brown the sausage.
Add to cooked rice. Add oil, cheese and milk to make soupy mixture.
Add sausage, bell pepper, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Place in 3-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 30 minutes at 300Β°.
Serves 8.
