Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground sausage, fried & drained, 3 eggs, beaten, 2/3 c. milk, 6 oz. cheddar cheese and dash of salt & pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put 1/2 of cheese in cooled pie crust.
Sprinkle drained sausage on cheese.
Pour eggs and milk on cheese.
Top with remainder of cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
