Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Prebake piecrust at 400° for 7 minutes.
Drain and set aside until ready to use.
In medium size bowl, blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
Stir in meat, cheese, onions and pepper.
Refrigerate overnight if desired.
Spoon into prebaked pie shell.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 45 to 50 minutes, until inserted knife comes out clean.
Serve hot.
