Sausage Potato Casserole
Sausage Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted), 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink and drain.
In bowl, combine soup, milk, onions, salt and pepper.
In ungreased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish, layer half of potato soup mixture and sausage.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
