Sausage Pinwheels
Sausage Pinwheels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2/3 c. shortening and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Make crust by combining flour, salt and baking powder with shortening.
Add water and stir.
Turn dough onto floured surface and divide into 2 parts.
Roll out each part as thin as possible and spread with uncooked sausage.
Roll into long roll (like jelly roll) and slice.
Place slices onto cookie sheet; bake 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated 375Β° oven.
Drain on paper towel.
Makes 50.
