Sausage-n-Cheese Casserole
Sausage-N-Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bread (crust removed), 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained, 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (3 c.), 4 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place 6 slices of bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
Top with remaining bread slices.
Beat eggs.
Add milk, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper.
Blend well and pour over bread slices.
Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
