Sausage Muffins
Sausage Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. hot seasoned pork sausage, 1/3 c. green onions, chopped finely, 1 1/2 c. bisquick baking mix, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease bottoms of muffin cups.
Cook sausage and onions until brown, crumbling sausage and draining mixture on paper towels.
Stir together baking mix and mustard, then add sausage mixture, milk and cheese.
Blend together; do not beat.
Spread batter evenly in muffin cups to about 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
Makes about 12 muffins.
Serve warm.
