Sausage Manicotti
Sausage Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked sausage, 1 lb. lasagna noodles (cooked), 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 1 lb. mozzarella (grated) and 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

1. Mix together 1/2 of parmesan cheese, ricotta, 1/2 grat ed mozzarella, parsley, garlic, eggs, oregano, Salt & Pepper.
Put some sauce in bottom of pan. 2. Assemble manicotti.
Cut lasagna noodles in half short ways.
Place a Tbsp. or so of ricotta mixture & some sausage and wrap with noodles, seam side down in pan. Finish all ingredients then cover generously with sauce and rest of cheese. 3. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
