Sausage Gravy
Sausage Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. italian sausage, flour, milk and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil in pan.
Brown sausage, cooking thoroughly.
Remove sausage from pan.
Leave oil in pan and turn heat down.
Add flour to oil until oil turns to a paste.
Brown for 1 minute.
Add milk gradually until paste turns to liquid, stirring constantly.
Allow to thicken.
Add more milk; continue allowing gravy to thicken.
Add milk to desired texture.
Stir constantly while cooking.
Goes great with homemade biscuits.
