Sausage-Cheese Hors D'Oeuvres is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh sausage, 2 shakes worcestershire sauce, 1 shake tabasco sauce, 12 oz. velveeta cheese and party rye bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Remove sausage skin and fry meat.
Drain off fat.
Add Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces.
Cut Velveeta cheese into small cubes and melt in with sausage mixture.
Spread on slices of party rye bread and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes until browned.
These can be made the day before and stored in the refrigerator until ready to be baked.
