Sausage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk hot sausage, 1 c. each: celery, onions and green peppers, chopped, 2 1/4 c. chicken broth, 1 c. regular rice (raw) and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage in heavy skillet.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
Add broth, rice and seasonings.
