Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork sausage, 1 onion, chopped, 1 bell pepper, chopped, 1 bunch celery, chopped and 1 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry sausage.
Drain off fat.
Mix onion, bell pepper and celery.
Saute with sausage.
Mix rice, soup mix and water. Bring to a boil.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Add sausage, onion, bell pepper and celery to rice and soup mix.
Cover with plain toasted croutons.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes 2 casseroles.
