Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 small onion, 1 green bell pepper, 2 1/2 c. water and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper in a frypan.
Set aside and let drain.
Mix soup, water and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Add rice and simmer seven minutes.
Add sausage mixture; mix well.
Put in casserole dish.
Cover and put in oven.
Bake at 375Β° for thirty-five minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top (optional).
