Brown sausage in heavy skillet; crumble and drain.
Beat eggs; mix in milk, salt and mustard.
Break bread into small pieces.
Stir into egg mixture.
Fold in cheese and sausage.
Pour mixture into 9 x 13 Pyrex that has been buttered.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
