Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1 slice onion, 1 pkg. macaroni, cooked (wide noodles can be used also), 1/2 to 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 large can tomatoes, drain juice and add as needed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage; drain off all grease.
Add rest of ingredients and cook until cheese is melted.
