Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Sausage Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread with oleo, 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1 1/2 c. or 6 oz. longhorn or cheddar cheese, shredded, 6 eggs, beaten and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove crust from bread.
Spread slices with oleo.
Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Cook sausage until brown; stir to crumble.
Drain.
Spoon over the bread; sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, half and half and salt; mix well.
Pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight.
