Sausage Breakfast Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pkg. pancake mix, 1 1/4 c. milk, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. oil and 1 (14 oz.) jar spiced apple rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and oil; beat until nearly smooth with rotary beater.
Turn into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Drain apple rings, reserving juice.
Halve each sausage link crosswise.
Arrange apple rings and sausages atop batter in a pattern so the mixture can be cut into squares when baked.
Bake at 350Β° until done, about 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut into 6 squares.
Serve with apple-maple syrup.
