Sausage Balls
Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. biscuit mix, 1 lb. hot sausage, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Lightly brown sausage and drain.
No need to cook until done. This will eliminate some of the grease.
Then mix the remaining ingredients with the sausage and form into 1-inch balls.
They can be frozen at this point, if desired.
Place in the oven frozen and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on cookie sheet at 400Β°.
