Sausage Appetizers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bisquick, 1 lb. hot, uncooked sausage and 8 to 10 oz. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine Bisquick, crumbled sausage and cheese; mix well.
Roll into balls about size of walnut.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
May be frozen and baked later. Yields 5 dozen.
