Combine biscuit mix, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheese. Mix well; roll in balls about the size of walnuts.
Flatten with fork or leave in balls.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet or freeze and bake when needed.
Yields 5 dozen.
