Sausage and Rice Bake
Sausage And Rice Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 3 c. cooked rice, 2 c. shredded cheese, divided, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook sausage until brown and crumbly, drain and set aside.
Combine rice and 1-1/2 cups of cheese.
Spread rice mixture in greased 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish, sprinkle with sausage.
Combine soup and milk, pour over sausage, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and the remaining cheese and cover with bread crumbs (as desired).
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Can also be frozen for later date.
