Sausage and Egg Casserole

Brown sausage.
Crumble and drain.
Place on the bottom of large casserole dish.
Crumble bread over sausage.
Blend eggs, mustard, salt and pepper with half and half.

Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
