Lightly grease baking dish.
Place bread on bottom of dish. Spread sausage on bread and sprinkle cheese on sausage.
Mix eggs and milk.
Pour over cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
