Sausage and Cheese Dip
Sausage And Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. block velveeta cheese, 1 c. milk, 1 lb. gunnoes mild sausage and 1 can old el paso tomatoes and green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage in frying pan.
Drain.
Add tomatoes and chilies.
Melt Velveeta cheese in microwave.
Cut into small blocks and put in bowl.
After melting, put cheese in crock-pot. Stir in sausage and green chilies.
Simmer on low.
Serve on top of tortilla chips.
