Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained, 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped celery and 1 1/2 tsp. celery seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stir together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Stir into sauerkraut mixture. Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight.
Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
