Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag sauerkraut, 1 1/4 c. sugar, a little less than 1/2 c. cider vinegar, a little less than 1/2 c. puritan oil and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Rinse and drain in strainer the sauerkraut.
Heat to boiling the sugar, vinegar and oil.
Place sauerkraut in bowl.
Pour boiled mixture over it.
Add celery and green pepper.
Mix well together.
Chill overnight, covered.
