Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. vinegar (white), 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in large bowl and stir well. Add all remaining ingredients.
Stir to coat all vegetables. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
