Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped celery and 1 tbsp. celery seed (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rinse sauerkraut with cold water.
Drain well.
Combine with pepper, onion, celery and celery seed in medium bowl.
Heat sugar with water, oil and vinegar until dissolved.
Pour over sauerkraut mixture.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
