Sauerkraut Casserole
Sauerkraut Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can sauerkraut, 2 pork butts and 6 medium potatoes, boiled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bake sauerkraut and pork for 3 hours.
Remove from oven, mince pork and mix with sauerkraut.
Mash and whip potatoes.
Place sauerkraut and pork in casserole.
Top with mashed potatoes; dot with butter and return to oven until butter is melted and potatoes brown slightly.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Serves 6.
