Sauerkraut Cake
Sauerkraut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large bowl, cream the oleo and sugar until light.
Beat eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with water, beating well. Stir in kraut.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan and frost.
