Sauerkraut Balls
Sauerkraut Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 large bag sauerkraut or 1 large can, chopped finely, 2 lb. bulk sausage, browned, drained and broken up good, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Roll into balls.
Place on cookie sheet; chill 2 more hours.
Dip balls into 2 eggs and 1/4 cup milk, mixed.
Roll balls in bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, then deep fry.
