Sauerkraut Balls
Sauerkraut Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. mild italian sausage, 2 small finely chopped onions, 2 lb. bag sauerkraut, drained and finely chopped, 8 tbsp. bread crumbs and 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown sausage and onion together.
Drain.
Combine sausage, onions and other ingredients.
Mix well. Chill overnight. Shape into balls. Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
Makes 45 to 50 bite size balls.
