Saucy Zucchini Bake
Saucy Zucchini Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium zucchini, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, oil, 4 cloves garlic and 2/3 c. grated romano cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut zucchini into medium thin wheels; slice mushrooms. Lightly saute together in oil with garlic and spices until tender. In a casserole, grease with olive oil.
Pour mix into casserole; stir in grated cheese and tomato paste.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Cover and bake about 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Take foil off and return to oven for about 5 more minutes.
