Saucy Pork Chops
Saucy Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops (3/4 inch thick), 1 medium onion, thinly sliced, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. ketchup and 2 or 3 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In skillet brown chops on both sides in small amount of hot fat; season with salt and pepper.
Layer chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops and cover.
Simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
Remove chops to platter and spoon sauce over each.
