Saucy Pork Casserole
Saucy Pork Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground pork, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, 1/2 c. biscuit mix and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat, celery, onion and garlic; drain.
Stir in corn and 1 cup salsa.
Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix biscuit mix, cornmeal and pepper; stir in milk.
Spoon biscuit mix over meat on diagonals.
Pour leftover salsa on top.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes in a 400Β° oven.
Serves 6 to 8.
