Saucy Meat Loaf
Saucy Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 egg and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Add bread crumbs to milk and let stand a few minutes.
Mix with ground beef, egg, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onion; shape into meat loaf.
Put into a baking loaf pan.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and water and mix.
Spoon this mixture over the meat loaf.
Bake at 325Β° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
