Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook noodles according to package.
In skillet, brown beef and drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, onion, parsley, basil, garlic powder and oregano; simmer 15 minutes.
In 3-quart oblong dish, layer 1/2 sauce, noodles and cheese.
Repeat ending with cheese.
Bake 25 minutes.
