Saturday'S Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1 lb. regular or hot sausage, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry potatoes and onions in margarine until golden brown. Place in greased 8 or 9-inch glass baking dish.
Top with cheese. Crumble sausage and spread over cheese; top with mushrooms. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 6.
