Santa's Whiskers
Santa'S Whiskers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. rum flavoring and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in milk and rum flavoring. Stir in flour, cherries and pecans.
Form dough into 2 (8-inch) rolls.
Roll dough in shredded coconut to coat.
Wrap in wax paper and chill overnight.
Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375Β° for 12 minutes or until golden.
Makes 60 cookies (approximately).
