Sandra's Very Rock Road Fudge
Sandra'S Very Rock Road Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 (10 oz.) can mixed nuts and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 2-quart glass mixing bowl, cook sugar, 1 cup marshmallows, milk and butter in the microwave on High for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes until melted, stirring once during cooking.
Stir; cook another 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in nuts and remaining marshmallows.
Spread in a foil-lined pan.
Size depends on how thick you want the fudge.
Refrigerate until firm.
