San Francisco Chicken
San Francisco Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with skinned boneless chicken breasts, 3/4 c. bread crumbs, 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut the chicken breasts in half.
In one dish, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and parsley.
In another dish, melt the butter, plus 1 clove garlic (minced).
Take chicken pieces and white pepper both sides.
Put in butter and garlic. Roll in bread crumb mixture.
Roll up and toothpick together.
Put all rolled chicken in casserole dish.
Pour remaining butter and garlic in casserole.
Squirt lemon juice over all chicken. Sprinkle paprika over it.
Put in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
