Bloom yeast in warm milk, then mix with eggs, flour, butter, sugar, and salt to form a soft enriched dough.
Spoon the dough into small buttered molds and let it rise until puffy.
Bake until golden and springy while simmering sugar, water, and lemon juice into a light syrup.
Soak the warm cakes in syrup, chill until moist throughout, and serve with cream and pistachios.
