Salted Peanut Cookies

Cream shortening and sugar (may use 1 cup brown and 1 cup white).
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Combine the flour, oatmeal, baking soda and baking powder.
Blend the dry mixture into the batter.
Stir in corn flakes and peanuts last.
The dough will be very stiff.
