Salmon Vegetable Bake
Salmon Vegetable Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 c. milk, 1 c. quick cooking rice, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and 4 oz. cubed mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stir together the soup and milk.
Cook in microwave on High until boiling, stirring every 2 minutes.
Stir in uncooked rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Remove skin and bone from salmon and break into large chunks.
Add remaining ingredients to soup-rice mixture.
Mix until combined.
Cook on High, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes until heated through, stirring after 3 minutes. Top with French fried onions.
Cook on High 1 minute.
