Salmon Salad
Salmon Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked, 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained, 1 1/2 c. diced celery, 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped and 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In bowl, combine red salmon, minced clams, diced celery, hard-cooked eggs, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
Combine mayonnaise lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to salmon mixture and toss lightly.
Cover, chill and serve. Makes 6 servings.
