Salmon Pea Wiggle
Salmon Pea Wiggle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 4 c. milk, 1 can peas or 1 pkg. frozen peas, salt and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in Dutch oven or large saucepan.
Add flour and stir until smooth over low heat.
Add milk and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
After mixture boils and thickens, add peas and salmon.
Cook until peas are done.
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, biscuits, toast or crackers.
Salt and pepper to taste.
