Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour undrained salmon into bowl, removing bones.
Mix in egg. Add onion, salt, milk, flour, stirring well.
Shape mixture into patties.
Fry in hot oil in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned; drain.
